Rotary bearing for packaging machinery

A winding (wrapping) machine is used for wrapping goods in film and is commonly found in packaging equipment. Its working principle involves placing the object to be wrapped at the center of the turntable. When the motor is activated, the turntable rotates, allowing the film to wrap around the object’s perimeter. Simultaneously, a lift motor raises and lowers the film carriage, enabling vertical wrapping along the object's height.

The machine typically uses single-row ball slewing bearings, which can withstand axial, radial loads, and in some cases, overturning moments. The motor drives a gear, which creates radial torque through axial motion, rotating the slewing bearing and the connected structure or platform. With energy-efficient low-frequency speed regulation, the system ensures stable performance and smooth, reliable operation.
