The grain loader is a type of dockside mechanical equipment designed for efficient loading of bulk grain. When conventional pneumatic grain suction systems operate at capacities above 300 t/h, they often encounter performance issues such as reduced efficiency, increased grain breakage, rapid wear, and frequent failures. To address these challenges, the grain loader utilizes a single-row external gear slewing bearing installed at its base. This component functions as both a rotational and torsional bearing unit, capable of withstanding heavy loads and ensuring the machine operates stably under demanding conditions. Its use enhances equipment reliability and reduces maintenance costs.
