Split centering roller bearing
The split centering roller bearing is used where it is difficult to install, such as a long drive shaft or a crankshaft with multiple pins. It is also used where maintenance is difficult and especially where the cost of replacements are quite expensive or the equipment can be stopped from service. In these cases, a split bearing can provide the best solution.
